At Soulful Keepsakes, we craft each piece of personalized jewelry with love and care. Because our items are custom-made to order using your child's unique artwork or photo, we have a limited refund policy.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

All custom-made jewelry (necklaces, pendants, charms)
Items personalized with your design/doodle/photo
Items that have been worn or altered

✅ When We Will Help

Crafting Errors: Wrong image or quality defect? We'll remake free or issue full refund (contact within 7 days).

Shipping Damage / Lost Package: We'll file a claim and resend at no extra cost (contact within 14 days).

Design Approval: You'll receive a digital preview before crafting begins. Approve it first!
